The Health Emergency Operations Centre of the Ministry of Public Health announced in a statement that the cumulative toll of the aggression had reached 4,390 killed, according to the websites El Marada and Lebanon Debate. The statement referred to the dead as martyrs.
The same cumulative toll put the number of wounded at 12,429.
The toll covers the period from 2 March to 5 November, and the Ministry of Public Health attributes it to Israeli aggression.
According to El Marada, the announcement was issued by the Health Emergency Operations Centre of the Ministry of Public Health.

It is not clear how the victims are divided between civilians, combatants, health workers and others, if such a classification exists. The number of new victims in the past 24 hours or since the previous statement is not known. Breakdowns of the toll by region were also not available.
