Daily Lebanon is a Lebanese news site that brings Lebanon's news together in one place, in Arabic, English and French.
What we do
- We gather reporting from Lebanese, Arab and international outlets. Each story is shown as its publisher released it: their headline, image and summary, with their name and a link to the full story on their site.
- We show each story once. When several outlets report the same thing, we list all of them under "Also reported by".
- We publish breaking news as it happens and send phone alerts to readers who ask for them, a limited number a day and none overnight.
- We show you what's on in Lebanon: concerts, plays, exhibitions and festivals, town by town, on our Events page.
- We give Tripoli and the North a page of their own, and approved contributors can report from their area under their own names.
How we work
We never publish a story's full text without its publisher's permission. Articles written by our team are signed "Daily Lebanon Team"; contributors' articles carry their names. We correct mistakes openly and date every correction. The details are on our Standards page.
